JSM Performance Appraisal Management Software provides facility for employee or manager to define KPI / KRA for the Appraisal year, measurement criteria n weightage n unit of measurement. For the KPI there is a provision to set additional fields required for goal setting JSM Performance Management Software gives facility to employees to modify the submitted goals, Send for approval, and check approval status and history. In Goal setting KRA, KPI’s & Target will load based on KRA Master Configuration & KPI Score Criteria. Employee will submit the Goals & it will go the flow through their reporting managers.
